The cast of The Project performed to a packed house at Casablanca on Friday 19th June. It was wonderful to see so many people there to support these guys. Carrie Stainsby has worked with the cast on how to prepare for auditions, warming up and getting into character. Ryan Meeking came last Thursday and talked to them about song writing. The final performance is on Saturday 8th August, more info to follow soon. |
Last night we held the first STAG Inc Annual Ball. Thank you to everyone who attended. A fun night was had by all. Thank you to Bluenotes, who played beautifully with a lovely mix of music. Seeing people up on the dance floor was a tribute to your talents. I'd like to thank Deanna and the staff at the GV Hotel for helping make the night a success. Matt LaPorta did a beautiful job designing the tickets, thank you Matt. A special thank you to Joyce Baker-Dawber. Joyce co-ordinated the whole night, from booking and liasing with the GV, selling tickets and organising prizes for a raffle and a door prize. Finally thank you to the following people for their kind donations: Inky's Coffee Lounge, John Anderson Pharmacy, Kalsum Hair Studio, Lemon Tree Cafe and Riverlinks. STAG Inc are pleased to announce the cast of Inheritance. Thank you to everyone who auditioned and those who helped out during auditions. Director Fiona Kennan is very happy with the talented cast and looks forward to rehearsals. |
Everyone involved in The Project has been working extremely hard in the areas of singing, dance, acting and improvisation. Friday 19th June at 7pm they will do a promotional performance at the Casablanca. This performance will include song, dance and improvisation. Come along and see a preview to the final performance.
