Ex-Stagger Snaps Up Glass Brick
It's often been said that STAG is the breeding ground for the stars of the future, and the statement seems to have rung true once again.

Jess Enes, who appeared in such shows with STAG as Chess, The Wizard Of Oz and as Peron's Mistress in Evita has won an award for Female Performer in a Leading Role at this year's Victorian Music Theatre Guild Awards for Excellence.

It was Jess' portrayal as The Witch in Devanesen Productions' Into The Woods that scored her the glass brick, which she can now add to her list of many achievements.

STAG - nurturing the stars of tomorrow.

Travel Information
What is Anything Goes? What is the storyline? Is it madcap enough for me to be involved in?

Your questions will be revealed below as you read the synopsis...

Reno loves Billy who loves Hope who loves Sir Evelyn! Do you think a plot could get more complicated? Just wait! Reno Sweeney is a famous "night-club evangelist" who hops an England-bound liner to follow Billy Crocker. Her goal is to convince him to stop pursuing Hope Harcourt. Hope is engaged to marry Sir Evelyn Oakleigh.

Add Reno's "Angels", "Moonface Martin, a.k.a. Public Enemy No. 13, and the fact that Billy is a stowaway who must use many disguises to the mix and join us in the delightful confusion which leads to not one, but three surprise weddings. There, now doesn't that sound delightfully, deliciously scandalous?

If that sounds like your idea of a fun and fast paced show, put January 31, 2006 in your diary now and come along to the Anything Goes Information Night and see what all the fuss is about.

More details to come...
