CAST ANNOUNCEMENT!
After an incredible four days of auditions and the pleasure of seeing nearly 70 talented performers, STAG is proud to unveil the phenomenal cast of Chicago 2025!
This electrifying revival brings the gritty glamour of the 1920s roaring back to the stage, headlined by Julianna De Quilettes as the sensational Roxie Hart, and Stevie Renee as the fierce and fabulous Velma Kelly. Anson Kearney joins the cast as slick lawyer Billy Flynn, alongside Sue Windsor as the commanding Matron “Mama” Morton, Ryan Black as the quietly loyal Amos Hart, and C. McDonald as the ever-hopeful Mary Sunshine.
The powerhouse number “Cell Block Tango” is brought to life by Nicky Pummeroy (Liz), Nicola Villani (Annie), Sophie Fimmel (June), Tess Coates (Hunyak), and Ciara Brisbane (Mona), leading a dynamic ensemble of 35 performers.
Directed by Helen Janke, this high-energy, jazz-infused production reimagines CHICAGO with fresh fire and flair, exploring themes of fame, betrayal, and justice that are as relevant today as ever.
